Privacy Policy

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Talos Document Sentinel, a product of Innovative Vision X LLC (DBA Innovix Dynamix). It describes how Talos handles information in connection with document analysis sessions.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Talos is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:

• Your name, email, or contact information
• Account credentials or login data
• Uploaded document content (not stored)
• Browsing history or session tracking data
• Device fingerprints or persistent identifiers

2. Document Handling

2.1 Zero Retention Policy

Documents you upload to Talos are:

• Processed entirely in temporary server memory
• Never written to a database or file system
• Permanently deleted from memory immediately upon completion of analysis
• Not accessible to any Innovix Dynamix employee or system after analysis completes

2.2 Anthropic API Transmission

To generate analysis, extracted document text is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC via their API.

What is transmitted:

• Text content extracted from your document
• Document type and governing state you selected

What is NOT transmitted:

• Your identity or contact information
• File metadata or original file
• Any information beyond what is needed for analysis

Anthropic processes this data under their own Privacy Policy and API Terms. Anthropic's standard API policy does not use API-submitted data for model training. Review Anthropic's current policy at: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy

2.3 No Third-Party Data Sharing

Document content is never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party other than Anthropic's API for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.

3. Technical Data

We may collect minimal technical logs for security and performance purposes:

• Server error logs (no document content)
• Aggregate request counts (anonymized)
• Infrastructure health metrics

These logs do not contain document content or any personally identifying information.

4. Cookies

Talos does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or persistent browser storage of any kind.

5. Children's Privacy

Talos is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Each analysis session is completely independent with no persistent user record.

7. Data Security

Document text in transit to Anthropic's API is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. No document content persists on our infrastructure beyond the duration of a single analysis.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
