1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Talos Document Sentinel ("Talos"), a product of Innovative Vision X LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as Innovix Dynamix ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By uploading any document or using any feature of Talos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service — Not Legal Advice

Talos is an AI-powered document analysis tool designed to help business owners identify potential risk areas in legal documents.

Talos does not provide legal advice. Analysis generated by Talos:

• Is informational and educational in nature only
• Does not constitute legal counsel or professional legal opinion
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business or legal decision
• Does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Innovix Dynamix

You should consult a licensed attorney before signing, acting on, or rejecting any legal agreement based on Talos output.

3. Data Handling and Privacy

3.1 No Document Retention

Talos does not store, save, or retain any documents you upload or any text extracted from those documents. Your uploaded files are:

• Loaded into temporary memory for analysis only
• Permanently discarded immediately after analysis is complete
• Never written to any persistent database or file storage system

3.2 API Transmission

To perform analysis, extracted document text is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC via their secure API. This transmission:

• Uses encrypted HTTPS connections
• Is governed by Anthropic's API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Does not include your name, email, or any personally identifying information
• Is not used by Anthropic to train AI models under their standard API data handling policy

3.3 No User Accounts or Tracking

Talos does not require account creation and does not track individual users across sessions. No cookies, session tokens, or user identifiers are stored between uses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Talos only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload documents containing malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Talos analysis system
• Use Talos output to misrepresent legal risk to third parties
• Circumvent any usage limitations

5. Intellectual Property

The Talos platform, its interface, analysis methodology, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of Innovative Vision X LLC. You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload. We claim no rights over your uploaded content.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INNOVIX DYNAMIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• Analysis will be error-free or complete
• All risks in a document will be identified
• Output is suitable for any specific legal situation

AI analysis has inherent limitations. Always seek qualified legal counsel for legal matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATIVE VISION X LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TALOS OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Seminole County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Talos after changes constitutes acceptance.
