Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 24, 2026 · Last Updated: July 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Talos Document Sentinel ("Talos"), a product of Innovative Vision X LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating as Innovix Dynamix ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By uploading any document or using any feature of Talos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service — Not Legal Advice

Talos is an automated document-review tool designed to identify contract language and potential business-risk signals in ordinary commercial agreements.

Talos does not provide legal advice. Analysis generated by Talos:

  • Is informational in nature only
  • Does not constitute legal counsel or professional legal opinion
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business or legal decision
  • Does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Innovix Dynamix

You should consult a licensed attorney before signing, acting on, or rejecting any legal agreement based on Talos output.

3. Data Handling and Privacy

3.1 Hosting and Session Authentication

Vercel hosts the Talos website and brokers a short-lived Google identity token used to open an analysis session. The token is restricted to the Talos Cloud Run service. Your uploaded document then travels directly from your browser to Google Cloud Run; it does not pass through the Vercel token endpoint.

3.2 Temporary Document Processing

Talos does not create a customer document library or analysis-history database. Your uploaded files are:

  • Written briefly to Google Cloud Run's ephemeral filesystem for extraction
  • Deleted from the temporary filesystem when extraction finishes or fails
  • Converted to text that remains in process memory while analysis is performed

3.3 API Transmission

To perform analysis, extracted document text is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC via their commercial API. This transmission:

  • Uses encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Is governed by Anthropic's API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Does not intentionally add your name or email, but the agreement itself may contain personal data
  • Is generally retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days under its standard API policy, subject to documented exceptions
  • Is not used for model training under Anthropic's standard commercial API policy unless the customer has agreed otherwise

For Anthropic's current data practices, visit: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy

3.4 Jurisdiction Research

For selected or detected U.S. jurisdictions, Talos may use the Brave Search API to locate official government sources. Search queries use state names, general document categories, and risk-topic labels, not contract text or party names. Returned citations are limited research context. They do not establish controlling law, enforceability, or the outcome of a dispute.

3.5 No User Accounts or Behavioral Tracking

Talos does not require account creation and does not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. The application temporarily hashes an IP address for abuse controls. Vercel and Google Cloud may process request, network, security, and infrastructure metadata under their own policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Talos only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload documents containing malicious code
  • Upload classified, controlled, export-controlled, regulated, or highly sensitive personal data
  • Upload a document you do not have authority to disclose for third-party processing
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Talos analysis system
  • Use Talos output to misrepresent legal risk to third parties
  • Circumvent any usage limitations

Talos may display an automated sensitive-data warning, but that warning is advisory, can be inaccurate, and does not by itself stop analysis. You remain responsible for redacting unnecessary data and ensuring that you are authorized to submit the document.

5. Intellectual Property

The Talos platform, its interface, analysis methodology, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of Innovative Vision X LLC. You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload. We claim no rights over your uploaded content.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INNOVIX DYNAMIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • Analysis output will identify or explain every issue
  • All risks in a document will be identified
  • Output is suitable for any specific legal situation
  • Jurisdiction research is exhaustive, captures every controlling authority, or determines enforceability

AI analysis has inherent limitations. Always seek qualified legal counsel for legal matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATIVE VISION X LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TALOS OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT.

8. Service Limits and Availability

Talos currently accepts PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, and JPEG files, subject to displayed file, combined-upload, page, character, and request-rate limits. We may change or suspend these limits to protect the service, control costs, or address misuse.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Seminole County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Talos after changes constitutes acceptance.
